Quiet, efficient... while works Date: 2009-06-07 | Rating: 2 This was the quietest microwave overn I've ever had and very powerful for its price. I was pretty happy with it while it lasted. It gave up in just over a year, 2 months after its warranty had expired... nice. I first suspected a burnt fuse, but it wansn't.
Can't read numbers on the pad Date: 2009-12-28 | Rating: 2 My mother is 90 years old. She and my sister purchased this microwave from a local dealer last month. It was manufactured in 2007 and on sale for $49. I had not noticed before, but when Mom said she couldn't use it because she couldn't see the words and numbers on the control pad, I couldn't see them either. She has to use a flashlight to see them. This is a serious problem, because she is likely to burn up something, so I am looking for a solution. Perhaps the manufacturer has a solution. I'm going to check on this.
Gave out after 2 months Date: 2009-08-05 | Rating: 1 I bought it from Best Buy 2 months ago, it gave out on me last night. You get what you pay for I guess. Pros: Looks good, does the job (when it works).
